You get two revisions per video. If you’re still unsatisfied after two revisions, you can file a claim. Our team will review the brief adherence and, if applicable, you may request an additional revision or cancel the deal. If canceled, you will receive a refund for the video.
Once you approve a creator, they have 24 hours to sign the contract and then 3 days to deliver the video for your approval. If you have any feedback, they will have 3 days to provide the revised version. If they miss a deadline, the video is canceled, and you are not charged for the video.
